BEARS AND TRUCKS!

All of our children were born in China, which means pandas are very important to us all. When Emily was turning 6, she said she wanted a panda cake....


The ears, arms and legs are cupcakes coated in chocolate icing, and the bamboo is made from green-tinted sugar cookies. Dee-lish!!! The guests had cake and then cookies for dessert.

When Emily turned 3, she also wanted a bear, but back then it was Funshine Bear she loved:

I still think it's fun and it tasted out of this world, so it's included even though all I really did was make roads from sprinkles and tossed the trucks about. :-)
