I was so disappointed that the icing had slid. This has NEVER happened to me before and it literally took me about five days to get over this. But lessons learned -- I will from now on NEVER icing a cake the day of an event, and I will encourage everyone to go with FONDANT! I really hate buttercream right now -- makes me want to CRY!!!!!!!!
hi there maybe next time you should make a thicker buttercream,or freeze before u take it altleast a day in advance.always helps me. :)
